基于Revit的装配式建筑构件质量自动化检测技术

为了提升装配式构件质量检测效果,提出了基于Revit的装配式建筑构件质量自动化检测技术。利用感知层构建标准建筑构件族模型;通过数据层提取族模型中构件设计参数,定量化处理构件质量检测标准,构建安全规则数据库,与实际构件质量参数检测指标数据对比,完成外观质量检测;数据层依据质量检测参数指标确定构件表面质量检测的参数,确定声压与声压振幅为超声波检测参数,构建超声波声场模型,检测构件表面质量;利用应用层集成与交换数据改进构件质量。实验证明该技术可精准检测构件外观及表面质量,质量检测的平均误差小。

In order to improve the quality inspection effect of prefabricated components,the automatic quality inspection technology of prefabricated building components based on Revit is proposed.The perception layer is used to build the standard building component family model;the component design parameters in the family model are extracted through the data layer,the component quality detection standards are processed quantitatively,the safety rule database is constructed,and the appearance quality detection is completed by comparing with the actual component quality parameter detection index data;the data layer determines the component surface quality detection parameters according to the quality detection parameter index,and determines the acoustic parameters pressure and sound pressure amplitude are the ultrasonic testing parameters,and the ultrasonic field model is constructed to detect the surface quality of components;the application layer integration and data exchange are used to improve the quality of components.Experiments show that the technology can accurately detect the appearance and surface quality of components,and the average error of quality detection is small.
