视频监控识别预警平台的设计与实现

Design and Implementation of An Early Warning Platform For Video Surveillance Identification

为了使视频监控发挥更大作用,并不断适应新的识别及预警需要,建设一个包括视频解析、视频分析、视频合成、视频流服务的视频监控管理平台是十分必要的。本文提出了一个视频监控识别预警平台的建设方案,对平台的总体设计、各子系统的设计实现、子系统间的关系、子系统的串联和系统部署提出了具体的建设措施。实践结果表明,采用该方案建设的视频监控识别预警平台能够满足多业务场景下的监控识别预警需求,并具有一定的灵活性、扩展性,实践效果良好。

In order to make video surveillance play a greater role and constantly adapt to new identification and warning needs,it is necessary to build a video surveillance management platform that includes video parsing,video analysis,video composition,and video streaming services.In this paper,we propose a construction plan for a video surveillance identification and early warning platform,putting forward specific construction measures for the overall design of the platform,the design and implementation of each subsystem,the relationship between subsystems,the cascading of subsystems,and the system deployment.The practical results show that the video surveillance identification and early warning platform built with this scheme can meet the monitoring,identification and early warning needs under multiple business scenarios,and has a certain flexibility and scalability,and has achieved good practical results.
