摘要
针对现有工艺所生产的底排密封片在储存及使用过程中的缺陷,选择冷挤压工艺作为其成型工艺,基于仿真模拟设计合理的挤压速度。首先使用Proe绘图软件对弹底部壳体结构及密封片建立三维模型,再通过Deform-3D有限元软件,对不同挤压速度的密封片成型过程进行仿真模拟计算,得到密封片的金属流动图、等效应力图和损伤值图。仿真结果表明,在一定范围内,挤压速度越大,密封片填充底排壳体底部中心环形凹槽的过程越不可控,挤压过程结束时密封片挤进环形凹槽的效果越差;挤压速度越小,密封片材料初始破坏系数越大,越容易损坏。因此要选择挤压速度为0.5 mm/s,密封片成型效果较好。为底排密封片成型工艺的研究提供理论参考依据。
Aiming at the defects of the bottom row sealing gasket produced by the existing process in the process of storage and use,the cold extrusion process is selected as its forming process,and a reasonable extrusion speed is designed based on simulation.Firstly,the three-dimensional model of the shell structure and the sealing gasket at the bottom of the projectile is established using the Proe drawing software;then,the forming process of the sealing gasket with different extrusion speed is simulated and calculated by the Deform-3D finite element software;and finally,the metal flow diagram,equivalent force diagram and damage value diagram of the sealing gasket are obtained.The simulation results show that in a certain range,the larger the extrusion speed is,the more uncontrollable the process of the sealing piece filling the central annular groove at the bottom of the bottom row shell is,and the worse the effect of the sealing gasket squeezing into the annular groove at the end of the extrusion process is;the smaller the extrusion speed is,the larger the initial failure coefficient of the sealing gasket material is,the easier it is to damage.Therefore,it is necessary to choose the extrusion speed of 0.5 mm/s,the forming effect of the sealing gasket is better.This provides a theoretical reference basis for the research of the forming process of the bottom row sealing gasket.
