摘要
烟草企业粉尘压棒车间照度低、灰尘多、设备密集,压棒机持续高温压棒,烟末粉尘有阴燃风险,而压棒设备无实时温度探测系统,因此不能超温提前预警,不能及时发现火灾隐患。在红外热成像技术的基础上,对现有的红外热成像产品进行扩展设计,使其在多灰尘、低照度、人机混合场景的复杂环境下对压棒设备进行多点实时温度跟踪探测、反馈报警。实现了利用红外热成像技术24 h非接触式对单台压棒机进行温度检测和环境高温预警,并且将红外热成像仪的实时温度数据传输到企业监控平台,确保监控人员能及时发现并处理报警,避免火灾的发生。
Tobacco enterprises'dust pressure bar workshop has low illumination,much dust and dense equipment.The pressure bar machine continues to press the bar at high temperature,and the smoke dust has the risk of smoldering.However,the pressure bar equipment has no real-time temperature detection system,so it can not give early warning of over temperature in advance,and can not find fire hazards in time.Based on the infrared thermal imaging technology,the existing infrared thermal imaging products are expanded and designed to carry out multi-point real-time temperature tracking detection and feedback alarm for the pressure bar equipment in the complex environment of multi dust,low illumination and man-machine mixed scene.This technology realizes the 24-hour non-contact temperature detection and environmental high temperature early warning of a single bar pressing machine by using the infrared thermal imaging technology,and transmits the real-time temperature data of the infrared thermal imager to the enterprise monitoring platform,so as to ensure that the monitoring personnel can find and deal with the alarm in time and avoid the occurrence of fire disaster.
