基于工业分析的石煤发热量计算方法研究

摘要 当前的燃煤发热量计算公式不适用于石煤,通过对1500余种石煤发热量的计算对比,其误差都在20%以上。该文根据石煤的成因及特点,分析石煤中原生矿物质成分、挥发份及固定碳对发热量的影响,结果表明,原生矿物质使实测可燃物的单位发热量低于真实可燃物的单位发热量。实测挥发份少,不可燃气体在实测挥发份中占的比例越多,则单位实测挥发份的发热量少;石煤中原生矿物质发生热效应分解时的吸热量与放热量大体相当。由此提出基于石煤工业分析成分的我国石煤发热量的计算方法。经千余种石煤的验算,计算值与真实值误差5%以内达64%,完全能满足工程需要。 The current formula for calculating the calorific value of coal combustion is not suitable for stone coal.Through the calculation and comparison of more than 1500 kinds of stone coal,the error is more than 20%.According to the genesis and characteristics of stone coal,this paper analyzes the effects of primary mineral composition,volatile matter and fixed carbon on calorific value.The results show that the unit calorific value of measured combustibles is lower than that of real combustibles.The less volatile matter measured,the more the proportion of non-combustible gas in the measured volatile matter,the less calorific value per unit of measured volatile matter,and the heat absorption of primary minerals in stone coal is about the same as that of heat release.As a result,a method for calculating the calorific value of stone coal in China based on the analysis composition of stone coal industry is put forward.Through the checking calculation of more than 1000 kinds of stone coal,the error between the calculated value and the real value is less than 5%and 64%,which can fully meet the needs of the project.
