新时代高校“青马工程”育人路径研究

Research on the Path of Cultivating Talents in the“Young Marxists Training Project”in Universities in the New Era

“青马工程”作为培育新时代青年马克思主义者的“主渠道”和“主阵地”,为社会输送了一大批信仰坚定、理论扎实、能力突出的新时代中国特色社会主义建设者和接班人,对实现中国第二个百年奋斗目标具有深远意义。随着社会的发展和国际形势的变化,新时代“青马工程”的改革和发展问题亟待解决。要通过构建理论学习、社会实践、挂职锻炼、创新创业、动态考评和跟踪培养“六位一体”的“青马工程”运行体系,紧扣“智慧青马”“隐性青马”“数字青马”三个着力点,围绕“三个结合”,深化“社会实践+青马工程”“创业教育+青马工程”“挂职锻炼+青马工程”三大培养模式,切实为“青马工程”提质增效。

As the“main channel”and“main battlefield”for cultivating young Marxists leaders in the new era,the“Young Marxists Training Project”has delivered a large number of builders and successors of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era who are firm in their beliefs,solid in their theoretical knowledge,and outstanding in their abilities,which is of far-reaching significance for realizing China’s second centenary goal.With the development of society and changes in the international environment,the reform and development of the“Young Marxists Training Project”in the new era urgently needs to be addressed.By constructing a“six-in-one”operation system for the“Young Marxists Training Project”that integrates theoretical learning,social practice,attachment training,innovation and entrepreneurship,dynamic evaluation,and tracking cultivation,focusing on the three key areas of“Smart Young Marxists Training Project”,“Implicit Young Marxists Training Project”,and“Digital Young Marxists Training Project”,and deepening the three major training models of“social practice plus the Young Marxists Training Project”,“entrepreneurship education plus the Young Marxists Training Project”,and“attachment training plus the Young Marxists Training Project”,the quality and efficiency of the“Young Marxists Training Project”can be effectively improved.
