摘要
吉林师范教育缘起于清末新政改革。在癸卯学制下,吉林地区先后采取了设立初级和优级师范学堂、设立师范传习所以改良塾师、派遣师范生赴日本学习其师范科等方式以改良学制。通过改良旧师资与培养新师资并重、权宜之计与长效机制结合、本土培养和以日为师并行的方式,吉林地区培养了第一批新型师资,开创了近代师范教育,推动了吉林地区的教育事业发展。
Teacher education in Jilin began with the reform of the New Deal at the end of the Qing Dynasty.According to Guimao Education System,Jilin established elementary and superior normal schools,set up Teacher Training School to improve the teachers in the old-style private school,and at the same time,sent students to study in Japan to learn educational training and management.By combining the improvement of old teachers with the cultivation of new ones,the expediency with the long-term mechanism,local and overseas training,Jilin cultivated the first batch of new teachers,which developed the education in Jilin.
