摘要
大学是专业化教育的重要场所,大学生的专业认同与学习投入程度都是大学教育成功的关键因素。本文对大学生专业认同和学习投入的现状进行了研究,从性别、学历层次、年级、专业类别、专业志愿选择方式、成绩六个方面对其可能存在的差异进行了分析,并对两者之间的关系进行了探讨。研究得出如下结论:大学生专业认同总体处于中等偏上水平,其在年级、专业志愿选择方式、专业成绩上存在显著差异;大学生学习投入总体处于中等偏下水平,其在年级、专业成绩上存在显著差异;大学生专业认同与学习投入之间存在显著正相关,专业认同的认知性、行为性、适切性三个维度对学习投入水平具有预测作用。
College is the place to professionally educate.Professional identity and learning engagement of college students are key factors to educational success.In this paper,the current situation about the professional identity and learning engagement of college students is researched and analyzed form six aspects including gender,education level,grade,major,way of major selection and score.The relationship between the two is explored.After research,the conclusion is given below.The professional identity is,by and large,above the average,with significant difference in grade,way of major selection and major score.Learning engagement of college students is,by and large,below the average,with significant difference in grade and major score.There is a significant positive correlation between professional identity and learning engagement of college students.Three dimensions(cognition,behavior,and appropriateness)of professional identity can predict the level of learning engagement.
