高职院校深化“三教”改革具有重要意义,其中,教师改革有助于突破职业教育发展的瓶颈,教材改革有助于深入贯彻落实党的教育方针,教法改革直接影响教师与教材改革的成果。产教融合作为高职院校深化“三教”改革的关键,是高职院校教师“双师”能力提升的主要方式,是教材体系建设的重要依据,是教法改革的主要路径。以产教融合为导向,深化高职院校“三教”改革,应秉承“以学生为中心”的理念,打造高水平“双师型”教师队伍;深化产教融合,对接企业需求编制职业教育特色教材;坚持与时俱进,充分发挥信息化媒介的优势以实施教学方法的改革。
