摘要 高职院校深化“三教”改革具有重要意义,其中,教师改革有助于突破职业教育发展的瓶颈,教材改革有助于深入贯彻落实党的教育方针,教法改革直接影响教师与教材改革的成果。产教融合作为高职院校深化“三教”改革的关键,是高职院校教师“双师”能力提升的主要方式,是教材体系建设的重要依据,是教法改革的主要路径。以产教融合为导向,深化高职院校“三教”改革,应秉承“以学生为中心”的理念,打造高水平“双师型”教师队伍;深化产教融合,对接企业需求编制职业教育特色教材;坚持与时俱进,充分发挥信息化媒介的优势以实施教学方法的改革。 It is of great significance for higher vocational colleges to deepen the reform of“three education”.Among them,the reform of“teachers”helps to break through the bottleneck of vocational education development,the reform of“teaching materials”helps to thoroughly implement the Party's education policy,and the reform of“teaching methods”directly affects the achievements of teachers and teaching materials reform.As the key to deepening the“three education”reform in higher vocational colleges,the integration of production and teaching is also the main way to enhance the ability of teachers in higher vocational colleges to“double teachers”,the important basis for the construction of teaching materials system,and the main path of teaching method reform.Guided by the integration of production and education,deepening the reform of“three education”in higher vocational colleges should adhere to the concept of“student-centered”and build a high-level“double qualified”teaching team;Deepen the integration of industry and education,and prepare vocational education featured textbooks according to the needs of enterprises;Insist on advancing with the times,give full play to the advantages of information media,and implement the reform of teaching methods.
