智能蔬菜种植STEM课程的设计与实践研究

摘要 STEM教育因其强调跨学科、动手实践与探究,有利于培养学生的STEM素养与21世纪技能。人工智能技术与STEM教育的融合为学生提供了探究式学习模式,同时又满足实现跨学科教学目标、注重问题解决与项目式学习、启发学生自主探究与协助学习的目标,并在一定程度上可提升学生的社会责任感。开发以智能蔬菜种植为主题的STEM课程,并进行实践与教学评估,可以发现:通过智能蔬菜种植STEM课程的学习,强化学生关于智能技术的学习态度,能够帮助学生理解开源硬件和传感器、物联网工具、智能应用程序等智能技术并提升学习动机与信心,但对编程和算法的学习并无显著性影响。 STEM education is conducive to developing students’STEM literacy and the skills in 21st century due to its emphasis on interdisciplinary and hands-on practice and exploration.The integration of AI technology and STEM education provides students with an inquiry-based learning model and at the same time it meets the goals of interdisciplinary teaching and learning,focusing on problem-solving and project-based learning,inspiring students to explore and assist in their own learning,and to some extent,it can enhance students5 sense of social responsibility.This article develops,practices and evaluates a STEM curriculum based on the theme of smart vegetable gardening.It is found that the STEM curriculum on smart vegetable gardening can enhance students5 attitudes towards learning about smart technologies,help them understand smart technologies such as open source hardware and sensors,IoT tools,smart apps,and increase motivation and confidence in learning,but it does not have a significant impact on the learning of programming and algorithms.
