我国智慧文旅发展的现状、模式与路径创新研究

Research on the Current Situation,Mode and Path Innovation of Smart Culture and Tourism Development in China

5G、大数据、物联网、人工智能等新一代信息技术的发展和应用,促使科技赋能的文旅融合发展成为新趋势。当下,智慧文旅发展正处于跨部门、跨行业、跨层级融合阶段,是推动文旅产业高质量发展的重要抓手。本文通过梳理2020—2022年智慧文旅发展的典型案例,概括了“一机游”模式——智慧文旅平台、“一键游”模式——智慧文旅景区、“一馆游”模式——VR/AR+AI创新应用三种发展模式,进而根据智慧文旅发展中的问题,提出创新顶层设计,规范行业标准;创新数据收集方式,整合基础信息资源;创新数字技术,打造文旅新吸引点;创新人才培养、引进方式;创新资金引进渠道等具体发展路径,旨在为推动智慧文旅高质量发展提供借鉴。

The development and application of new generation information technologies such as 5G,big data,the Internet of Things,and artificial intelligence have led to a new trend in the integration of culture and tourism empowered by technology.At present,smart cultural tourism is in a stage of cross-sector,cross-industry and cross-level integration,which is a vital lever to promote high-quality development of the cultural tourism industry.This article summarizes the typical cases of smart cultural tourism from 2020 to 2022 by sorting out three models:“one cellphone travel”-smart cultural tourism platform,“one click travel”-smart cultural tourism scenic area,and“one museum travel”-VR/AR+AI innovative application.In response to these issues,some suggestions are proposed to innovate top-level design,standardize industry standards;Innovate data collection methods and integrate information resources;Innovate digital technology to create new attractions for cultural tourism;Innovative talent cultivation and introduction methods;and innovate capital introduction channels,in order to offer insights into the sound development of smart cultural tourism.
