“一带一路”建设中的内蒙古贡献及未来展望研究

Study on the Contribution of Inner Mongolia in the Construction of the“Belt and Road”and Its Future Prospects

内蒙古地处中国北部,内与8省区相邻,外与俄蒙接壤。在绵延4200多公里的边境线上,有19个对外开放口岸,如同向北开放的“大动脉”。内蒙古提升向北开放重要桥头堡建设水平,锚定“硬连通”“软连通”“心连通”目标,积极融入共建“一带一路”和中蒙俄经济走廊,打造我国内陆开放高地和沿边开放重要支点,在经济、文化、生态、安全等四个方面均作出了重大贡献。本文在系统分析内蒙古自治区对外经济活动中存在问题的基础上,对内蒙古深度融入“一带一路”建设进行了展望。

Inner Mongolia is located in the north of China,bordered by 8 provinces and regions,and bordered by Russia and Mongolia.On the border line stretching over 4200 kilometers,there are 19 ports open to the outside world,which serve as the“arteries”opening to the north.Inner Mongolia has enhanced the construction of an important bridgehead to the north,anchored in the“institutional”,“physical connectivity”and people-to-people connectivity and integrated into the“Belt and Road”and the China-Mongolia-Russia corridor,built inland open highland and important hubs for opening up along the border.In summary,it has made significant contributions in terms of economy,culture,ecology and security.Based on the analysis of the issues in the foreign economic activities of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region,this paper presents an outlook on its deep integration into the construction of“Belt and Road”.
