数字乡村建设赋能农民农村共同富裕的实证检验

An Empirical Test of Digital-based Rural Construction Energizing the Shared Prosperity of Farmers and Rural Areas

构建农民农村共同富裕的评价指标体系,实证检验数字乡村建设赋能农民农村共同富裕的影响作用。结果表明:数字乡村建设对农民农村共同富裕具有正向促进作用,对农民富裕度与共同度的影响强于农村共享性与可持续性;数字乡村建设能够通过政府支持与金融发展赋能农民农村共同富裕实现;数字乡村建设对农民农村共同富裕的影响在不同农业劳动生产率地区具有明显差异。据此,提出注重数字乡村建设的赋能作用,夯实农民农村共同富裕的基础底座;充分发挥政府支持与金融发展的中介作用,拓展实现农民农村共同富裕的多维路径;探索区域差异化发展道路,落实多层次、有重点的农民农村共同富裕策略。

This article constructs an evaluation index system for the shared prosperity of farmers and rural areas,and empirically tests the impact of digital-based rural construction on energizing the shared prosperity of farmers and rural areas.The results show that the digital-based rural construction plays a positive role in promoting the shared prosperity of farmers and rural areas,and its impact on farmers prosperity and commonality is stronger than that of rural sharing and sustainability.The digital-based rural construction can help realize the shared prosperity of farmers and rural areas through the government support and financial development.The impact of digital-based rural construction on the shared prosperity of farmers and rural areas is obviously different in regions with differences in agricultural labor productivity.Therefore,it is proposed to pay attention to the energizing function of digital-based rural construction,consolidate the foundation of the shared prosperity of farmers and rural areas,give full play to the intermediary role of the government support and financial development,expand the multi-dimensional path to achieve the shared prosperity of farmers and rural areas,explore the path of differentiated regional development,and implement the multi-level and multi-focused strategies for the shared prosperity of farmers and rural areas.
