摘要 智能聊天机器人模型ChatGPT在教育界掀起了轩然大波,人们惊叹于它强大的自然语言生成和情境对话能力,也忧虑于它可能带来的各种风险挑战。教师作为教育中的主体,其专业发展必将受到ChatGPT浪潮的影响。该文立足教育数字化转型背景,从教师的专业理念、专业知识、专业能力和专业情意四个维度通过案例深度剖析ChatGPT对教师专业发展带来的机遇和挑战,进而提出从机制保障、环境营造、课程建设、方式创新和评价改革等五方面进行教师教育变革创新,构建一条“激励—赋能—推进—提质—增效”的ChatGPT等人工智能技术赋能教师专业发展的路径,以期为教师应用人工智能技术赋能教与学提供理论和实践参考,促进教师专业化发展,推动教育数字化转型升级。 ChatGPT,a model of an intelligent chatbot,has made a big splash in the education community.ChatGPT’s excellent natural language generation and contextual dialogue capabilities are impressive,however we worry about it may poses a risk.Teachers play an important role in education,and their professional development will certainly be influenced by ChatGPT.Based on the background of digital transformation of education,this paper analyzes the opportunities and challenges brought by ChatGPT to teachers’professional development from four aspects:teachers’professional philosophy,professional knowledge,professional ability and professional affection.Through the analysis of relevant cases,problems are found and suggestions are made from five aspects:mechanism guarantee,environment construction,curriculum construction,method innovation and evaluation reform.This paper constructs a path of“motivation-empowerment-promotion-improvement of quality and efficiency”to help artificial intelligence technologies such as ChatGPT empower teachers’professional development.The ultimate purpose is to provide theoretical and practical references for teachers to apply artificial intelligence technology to empower teaching and learning,promote the professional development of teachers,and promote the digital transformation and upgrading of education.
