技术赋能高等教育制度发展的内在逻辑、现实困境及其路径选择 被引量:6

摘要 在高等教育领域,新技术体系和技术环境总是不断形塑着高等教育治理的组织结构与运行逻辑,为高等教育制度的发展提供着支撑与赋能。该文从技术嵌入高等教育制度的内在逻辑、多重模式等入手,深入讨论技术是如何在高等教育制度中发挥作用的,并通过分析技术环境变化对高等教育制度发展造成的影响,找寻到当前高等教育制度实践中亟待破解的现实困境,提出新技术时代需要构建基于数字生态的高等教育制度框架,形成符合数字逻辑的高等教育制度环境和打造适应数字文明的高等教育制度文化等发展路径,以创造性地推动高等教育制度创新发展,实现高等教育治理体系与治理能力现代化。 In the field of higher education,the new technological system and technological environment are constantly shaping the organizational structure and operational logic of higher education governance,providing support and empowerment for the development of higher education system.Starting from the internal logic and multiple modes of technology embedded in the higher education system,this paper discusses how technology plays a role in the higher education system.By analyzing the impact of the change of technological environment on the development of the higher education system,this paper finds out the realistic dilemma that needs to be solved in the current practice of the higher education system.The article proposes that in the new technology era,higher education needs to build a higher education system framework based on digital ecology,form a higher education system environment that conforms to digital logic,and create a higher education system culture that adapts to digital civilization,so as to creatively promote the innovation and development of higher education system and realize the modernization of higher education governance system and governance capacity.
