摘要
本文介绍了一种基于霍尔器件的电流保护集成块的设计。文章依据设计目标参数,对设计方案进行选择,详细介绍了电路各部分设计原理和设计参数。集成块保护电流可达10A,并可调节外接电阻改变保护电流大小,满足使用者的不同需求。
This paper introduces a kind of current protection based on hall device integration block design.According to the design target parameters,the paper selects the design scheme,and detailed introduces the circuit design principles and design parameters of each part.The integrated block's protection current can be up to 10 ampere,and when adjusting external resistance,the current protection can be changes,to meet the different needs of users.
