摘要
针对900MHz频段通信系统中,耦合器体积较大的情况,本文基于微波网络理论提出了一种叠加式耦合器实现方案。借助仿真软件进行了设计指导,包括原理图的仿真优化、叠层建模、版图的设计及优化。新型多层叠层结构有效地减小了耦合器体积,采用常规高频覆铜板材及印刷电路板(PCB)工艺完成加工,易于生产和调试。实测结果验证了仿真结论,测试结果表明耦合器设计指标比行业内同种加工工艺的产品指标提高10%。该设计方法可拓展至其它频段的无线通信系统。
Aiming at the large volume of coupler in 900MHz frequency band communication system,this paper proposes an implementation scheme of superimposed coupler based on microwave network theory.With the help of simulation software,which includes schematic simulation,laminated modeling,layout design and optimization.The new multilayer laminated structure can reduce the volume of coupler effectively.The coupler was processed by conventional high frequency copper clad laminate and printed circuit board(PCB)process,which was easy to manufacture and debug.The experimental results verify the simulation results,and the test results indicate that the design index of coupler is 10%improved than that of the same processing technology within the industry.This design method can be extended to other frequency band wireless communication systems.
