摘要
针对国内B研究所制造的浮空器用某型号系留缆绳在使用一段时间后,整体强度下降超过30%,不再满足升空条件的现象,对不同单位制造的系留缆绳抗拉层Vectran纤维的结构与性能进行了对比研究,并分析了缆绳在使用过程中强度下降的机理。结果表明:缆绳Vectran纤维在使用过程中结构和组成不变,结晶度略增大,热性能略下降;缆绳包裹薄膜中各层Vectran纤维之间相互作用引起Vectran纤维起毛,造成纤维抗拉强力下降约8%;缆绳Vectran纤维形成褶皱造成纤维抗拉强力下降约40%;建议国内B研究所通过改进成缆工艺,消除薄膜包裹层之间不同螺旋方向的纤维层之间形成的皱褶,防止缆绳纤维在使用过程中因抗拉强力下降而过早失效。
In view of the phenomenon that the overall strength of a certain type of mooring cable for aerostat manufactured by Institute B in China decreased by more than 30%after a period of use and it no longer met the lifting conditions,the structure and performance of Vectran fiber for the tensile layer of mooring cable manufactured by different producers were compared and studied,and the mechanism of the strength decline of the mooring cable was analyzed in use.The results showed that the structure and composition of Vectran fiber of mooring cable remained unchanged in use,the crystallinity increased slightly,and the thermal properties decreased slightly;Vectran fiber became fluffy due to the interaction between the Vectran fiber layers of mooring cable wrapped with films resulting in a decrease in the tensile strength of the fibers by about 8%;and the formation of wrinkles in the Vectran fiber caused the tensile strength of the fiber to decrease by about 40%.It was suggested that the wrinkles between the fiber layers in different spiral directions should be eliminated between the wrapped film layers by improving the cable forming process in order to prevent the premature failure of the cable fiber due to the decrease of tensile strength in use.
