能量型X射线荧光光谱法测定PET切片中二氧化钛含量

Determination of titanium dioxide content in polyester chips by energy X-ray fluorescence spectrometry

摘要 采用能量型X射线荧光光谱法测定聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)切片中二氧化钛含量,探讨了仪器测试参数、试样处理方法等测试条件。结果表明:能量型X射线荧光光度计测定PET切片中二氧化钛含量时,适宜的仪器参数为测试电压12 kV、滤光片为Al-50、气氛为空气,测试电流833μA,较佳的试样处理方式为粉碎压片,选择孔径为350μm的分样筛过筛粉碎后的试样,然后称量5 g试样压片,制片压力选择40 MPa,保持2 min;能量型X射线荧光光谱法测定PET切片中二氧化钛含量相对标准偏差小于2.0%,与标准值差值的绝对值小于0.1%,耗时15 min,重复性好、准确度高、操作简便、测试效率高,且测试过程无需使用任何化学试剂,更加安全、环保。 The content of titanium dioxide in polyethylene terephthalate(PET)chips was determined by energy X-ray fluorescence spectrometry.The test conditions such as instrument parameters and sample treatment methods were explored.The results showed that the suitable instrument parameters were test voltage 12 kV,filter Al-50,air atmosphere,test current 833μA,and the favorable sample treatment method was crushing and tableting,comprising sieving the crushed sample with a sample sieve with a pore size of 350μm and then weighting 5 g sample to be tableted and maintained under a pressure of 40 MPa for 2 min,when the titanium dioxide content in PET chips was determined with an energy X-ray fluorescence spectrophotometer;and the determination of titanium dioxide content in PET chips by energy X-ray fluorescence spectrometry had good repeatability,high accuracy,simple operation and high test efficiency with the relative standard deviation less than 2.0%,the absolute value of the difference from the standard value less than 0.1%and 15-min time consuming,and was safer and more environmentally friendly due to demanding no chemical reagent in the test process.
