摘要
通过内部培训挖潜员工的知识技能、提高业务绩效,向来是零售连锁企业关心的问题。将协同知识建构理论引入零售连锁企业的培训工作,在对员工培训的组成要素进行策略优化之后,着重从学什么、怎么学、如何督导入手,设计了工学一体混合式协同知识建构培训模式,并进行了系统开发与实现。实践结果表明,该模式对于促进连锁企业员工的学习培训和实际工作起到了良好的影响,并提出了提升员工协同知识建构水平、搭建深度神经网络学习模型等未来改进的方向。
It has always been a concern for retail chain enterprises to improve business performance by tapping into their employees’knowledge and skills through internal training.The theory of collaborative knowledge construction is introduced into the training work of retail chain enterprises.After the strategic optimization of the constituent elements of employee training,the study designs a collaborative knowledge construction training model of work-study integration,focusing on what to learn,how to learn,and how to supervise,and carries out system development and implementation.The practice results show that this model has played a good role in promoting the learning,training and practical work of chain enterprise employees,and put forward the direction for future improvement,such as improving the level of employees’collaborative knowledge construction and building a deep neural network learning model.
