高校服务全民终身学习的教育评价体系研究

高校在建设全民终身学习的学习型社会、学习型大国中担负着不可或缺的重要作用,探索高校服务全民终身学习的教育情况评价是深化新时代教育评价改革的明确要求。针对当前教育评价在服务全民终身学习中普遍存在的评价内容欠缺、指标不具体、分类不精确等问题,应在深化新时代教育评价改革和高校分类评价大框架下,结合高校所承担的职责定位、功能分类和优势特色,完善和优化高校分类教育评价体系。

Colleges and universities play an indispensable role in building a learning society and a learning country with lifelong learning for all.Exploring the evaluation of the educational situation of colleges and universities serving lifelong learning for all is a clear requirement for deepening the reform of educational evaluation in the new era.In view of the current problems of education evaluation in serving lifelong learning of the whole people,such as lack of evaluation content,non-specific indicators,inaccurate classification.It is necessary to improve and optimize the classified education evaluation system of colleges and universities under the framework of deepening the reform of education evaluation in the new era and the classified evaluation of colleges and universities,combining with the responsibility orientation,function classification and advantages and characteristics of colleges and universities.
