摘要
工程教育质量在很大程度上决定了高等教育的整体质量。在探寻中国工程技术人才培养改革创新模式的进程中,“新工科”运动正蓬勃兴起,校企协同育人成为人才培养模式改革创新的必然选择。以“土木工程”学科为例,“新工科”背景下协同育人模式要结合学科特点和学校特色,建立中国特色土木学科教育“新体系”,立足培养满足社会、行业、企业需求的专业人才。
The quality of engineering education largely determines the overall quality of higher education.In the process of exploring the reform and innovation mode of engineering and technical personnel training in China,the new engineering movement is booming,and school-enterprise collaborative education has become an inevitable choice for the reform and innovation of talent training mode.Taking the discipline of“civil engineering”as an example,the collaborative education model under the background of“new engineering”should combine the characteristics of the discipline and the characteristics of the school,establish a“new system”of civil engineering education with Chinese characteristics,and cultivate professional talents to meet the needs of society,industry and enterprises.
