文化产业与高新技术产业耦合发展的体制机制创新研究

Research on Institutional Mechanism Innovation of Coupling Deve lopment of Culiural Industry and High-tech Industry

文化产业与高新技术产业耦合所形成的数字文化产业是我国产业转型升级,发展创新型经济,率先转变发展方式的重要引擎。基于高新技术产业与文化产业之间的耦合发展内在机理,结合我国2008至2016年间的省级面板数据,建立了高新技术产业与文化产业之间的耦合发展模型,并对其融合现状进行评价分析。研究结果表明,我国现阶段的高新技术产业与文化产业处于一个高速发展高度耦合的良好阶段,融合发展趋势正在不断增强。基于此,本文提出了构建政府部门协调机制、科技创新与文化产业伴生机制、创新创意成果市场转化机制等对策建议。

The digital cultural industry formed by the coupling of cultural industry and high-tech industry is an important engine for China's industrial transformation and upgrading,the development of innovative economy and the first transformation of development mode.Based on the internal mechanism of coupling development between high-tech industry and cultural industry,combined with China's provincial panel data from 2008 to 2016,this paper establishes a coupling development model between high-tech industry and cultural industry,and evaluates and analyzes its integration status.The research results show that China's high-tech industry and cultural industry at this stage are in a good stage of high-speed development and high coupling,and the development trend of integration is increasing.Combining with the research results,this paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions such as constructing the government-oriented coordination mechanism,the mechanism of technological innovation and cultural industry,and the market transformation mechanism of innovative and creative achievements.
