乡村振兴背景下新型农村社区空间的治理与重塑--以江苏省L市为例

Governance and Reshaping of New Rural Community Spaces in the Context of Rural Revitalization:A Case Study of L City in Jiangsu Province

新型农村社区建设着力推进城乡融合发展,是实现乡村振兴的重要空间治理政策举措。当前,新型农村社区建设过程中的地理空间、生产生活组织方式以及社会规范的变革,使得标准化的集聚空间代替了散落型格局,再生产出了新的公共空间联结机制和社会关系。农村空间的转型分化和利益重组,导致农村空间治理遇到生活空间缩减与治理主体压力、发展空间挤压与治理结构错位、社会空间碎片化与治理方式刚化等一系列难题。从推进制度性供给、构建有机联结机制、挖掘公共交往媒介等重构农民的生活、发展和社会空间,对推进乡村振兴战略与基层社会治理转型具有重要的理论和实践意义。

We should focus on promoting urban-rural integration and development in the construction of new rural communities,which is an important spatial governance policy to achieve rural revitalization.At present,the transformation of geographical space,production and life organization mode and social norms has resulted in the standardized agglomeration space,which has replaced the scattered pattern,with the new connection mechanism of public spaces and social relations.The transformation and differentiation of rural space and the reorganization of interests have led to a series of governance problems,such as the reduction of living space and the pressure on governance subjects,the squeeze of development space and the dislocation of governance structure,the fragmentation of social space and the rigidity of governance methods.Therefore,we should reconstruct the living,development,and social space of farmers by promoting institutional supply,constructing organic connection mechanisms,and creating public media,which is of great theoretical and practical significance for implementing the rural revitalization strategies and realizing grassroots social governance transformation.
