共同体视域下地方高校产教融合:特征、模式与机制

The Integration of Industry and Education in Local Colleges and Universities from the Perspective of Community:Characteristics,Modes and Mechanism

产教融合是我国经济结构转型对人力资源供给侧改革的现实要求和内在需要,是实现应用型人才培养的重要途径。就地方高校而言,产教“两张皮”“虚融合”“浅融合”问题无法真正得以解决,产教融合缺乏稳定性和持续性。而地方应用型高校深化产教融合内部调适的着力点就是寻找校企合作中各方主体利益的契合点,为产教深度融合提供“源头活水”。地方高校结合学科专业特点,实施订单式、“3+1”、全程融入等多样化产教融合模式,在合作动力、组织激励、组织管理、人才共育、经费保障等方面建立工作机制,构建产教融合利益共同体,使之成为实现各方诉求的载体,专业(群)对接产业集群的纽带,校企资源融合的平台,人才共育的实体。

The integration of industry and education is the realistic and internal demand of the supply-side reform of human resources in China’s economic structure transformation,as well as an important way to cultivate applied talents.As far as local colleges and universities are concerned,the problems of“two skins”,“virtual integration”and“shallow integration”are a hard nut to crack,thus leading to the unstable and discontinuous integration of industry and education.The focal point of deepening the internal adjustment of the integration of industry and education in local application-oriented colleges and universities is to seek out the convergence point of the interests of all parties in the university-industry cooperation,so as to provide the“source of water”for the further integration of industry and education.Combined with the characteristics of subjects and specialties,local colleges and universities are expected to construct a community of interests in the integration of industry and education by carrying out the diversified modes of order-based,“3+1”,and full fusion into the industry-university integration,and establishing a work mechanism in cooperation motivation,organization incentives,organization management,talent cultivation and fund support.The community will become a means of satisfying the appeals of all parties,a tie docking specialties(groups)into industrial clusters,a platform of university-enterprise resource integration and a talent co-education entity.
