旅游管理专业本科毕业论文选题优化研究——以四川旅游学院调查数据为样本

Topic Optimization of Undergraduate Thesis of Tourism Management Major Based on Survey Data of Sichuan Tourism University

国内旅游管理专业开设高校多达516所,毕业论文是其人才培养的重要环节。选题作为毕业论文的核心组成部分,是做好毕业论文的前提和基础。以四川旅游学院2020—2022届旅游管理专业535篇本科毕业论文为研究对象,对其选题进行调查研究。通过分析旅游管理专业本科毕业论文选题特点,发现选题主要存在思想认识不足、前期规划不足、检查反馈不足、教师能力不足、有效激励不足等问题,影响了毕业论文选题的质量。未来应加强宣传教育、加强前期规划、加强监控反馈、加强导师遴选、加强考核激励、加强平台建设,多措并举、综合发力,全面提升毕业论文的选题质量,进而提升本科毕业论文水平。

Five hundred and sixteen colleges and universities in China boast the major of tourism management which takes the graduation thesis as an important part of its talent training.As a core component,topic selection is the premise and foundation for a good graduation thesis.Taking 535 undergraduate theses of Sichuan Tourism University from 2020 to 2022 on tourism management as the research object,the paper conducted a survey of the topics.Through the analysis of the characteristics of the topic selection of the graduation thesis of the major,the ensuing problems were found existing in the selected topics such as insufficient understanding of the significance of topic choosing,inadequate preliminary planning,lack of inspection and feedback,teachers’poor guidance ability,and ineffective incentives,all this affecting the quality of the topic selection.It is suggested that in the future topic selection,colleges should take multi-faceted measures of strengthening publicity and education,preliminary planning,monitoring and feedback,selection of mentors,assessment and incentivesand platform construction,with a view to comprehensively improving the quality of the selected topics of the thesis,thus improving the level of the undergraduate graduation thesis.
