女性失独患者行体外受精-胚胎移植治疗体验的质性研究

Experiences of Receiving In Vitro Fertilization-Embryo Transfer Treatment among Female Patients Who Lost Only Child:A Qualitative Study

目的 了解女性失独患者行体外受精-胚胎移植(in vitro fertlization and embryo transfer, IVF-ET)治疗期间的真实体验,明确失独患者治疗期间的现存问题和需求。方法 采取目的抽样法选取15例在长沙市生殖医学医院生殖中心治疗的女性失独患者,对其进行半结构式访谈,并用Colaizzi 7步法分析资料。结果 提炼出3个主题:复杂的心理体验;失独行IVF-ET治疗对生活的影响;期望得到支持与帮助。结论 护理人员应重视女性失独患者行IVF-ET治疗期间复杂的心理和需求,根据其特殊情况与个体差异实施针对性的干预措施,以帮助其积极面对治疗,减轻身心痛苦。

Objective To understand the real experiences of receiving IVF-ET treatment among female patients who had lost their only child,and clarify existing problems and needs of the treatment among these patients.Methods Purposive sampling was used to select 15 female patients who had lost their only child and received treatment from the Reproductive Center of Changsha Reproductive Medicine Hospital.Semi-structured interviews were conducted with the participants,and the Colaizzi 7-step method was used for data analysis.Results Three themes were extracted,including complex psychological experiences,influence of IVF-ET treatment on life,expectations on support and help.Conclusions Nurses should pay attention to the complex psychological experiences and needs of female patients who had lost their only child,when the patients undergo IVF-ET treatment.Targeted intervention measures should be carried out according to their special conditions and individual differences,so as to help the patients face treatment positively and alleviate their physical and mental sufferings.
