摘要 Treacher Collins综合征(Treacher Collins syndrome,TCS)又称Berry综合征或下颌面发育不良综合征,是一种罕见的颅面部畸形遗传疾病。其特征是睑裂下斜、颧骨及下颌骨发育不全、小颌畸形和外耳异常。患儿主要临床表现为视力、听力、语言和进食等功能障碍,严重者可出现呼吸困难、睡眠窒息甚至死亡[1-2]。
