武汉市某商场改造节能减碳分析

摘要 为探索对不同区域设置独立冷(热)源空调系统的经济性与节能性,本文以武汉市某既有商场改造为研究对象。基于EnergyPlus对商场空调水系统改造的经济性和节能性进行案例分析。该案例将商场原有单一冷源的水冷(热)集中式改为水冷(热)集中式+多联机独立控制,多联机系统负责特定区域的供冷(热),本文通过对比收集改造后全年的能耗、人流量和热环境等数据与EnergyPlus模拟改造前商场建筑全年空调系统能耗与热环境数据,分别从减碳效益和静态投资回收期两个角度分析商场空调系统改造的节能性和经济性。研究结果显示每年减碳约0.12万t(C),投资回收期为4.39年。研究证明特定区域单独设置冷(热)源并合理降低空调装机量能够降低建筑能耗,提高热舒适性。 In order to explore the economy and energy saving of setting up separate cold/heat source air conditioning systems for different areas,this research takes the retrofitting of an existing shopping mall as a research object in Wuhan.A case study of the economics and energy efficiency of the retrofit of the mall's air conditioning system was carried out based on EnergyPlus.This case study replaces the single source water-cooled central air-conditioning system with the water-cooled central air-conditioning system+VRV,with the VRV system responsible for the cold/heat source supply in a specific area.The energy efficiency and economics of the retrofit were analyzed in terms of carbon reduction and static payback period.The results of the study show a carbon reduction of approximately 0.12 million tonnes(C)per year and a payback period of 4.39 years.The study demonstrates that individual cooled(heated)in a specific area and reasonably reducing cooling capacity of air conditioning air conditioning can reduce building energy consumption and improve thermal comfort.
