摘要
环庆第一联合站原油处理过程中,发现沉降罐出现中间乳化层,该乳化层含水高,脱水困难,影响正常生产。实验结果表明,使用复配破乳剂:100 mg/L非离子型破乳剂(A)+50 mg/L渗透剂(B)+1.5%季铵盐类表面活性剂(C),沉降时间2 h以上,破乳温度55℃,脱水效果可达到100%,能够消除中间层。
In the process of crude oil treatment at Huanqing First Combined Station,the intermediate emulsion layer was found in the middle of the settling tank,which has high water content and is difficult to dehydrate,affecting normal production.The experimental results showed that using the compound demulsifier:100 mg/L non-ionic demulsifier(A)+50 mg/L osmotic agent(B)+1.5%quaternary ammonium salt surfactant(C),the settling time is over 2 h,the demulsification temperature is 55℃,the dehydration effect could reach 100%and the intermediate layer could be eliminated.
