生科SK-800全自动血型分析仪的输血相容性检测性能评价

Performances of SHENGKE SK-800 Automated Immunohematology Analyzer for Pretransfusion Compatibility Testing

目的 评价使用生科SK-800全自动血型分析仪进行ABO/Rh(D)血型鉴定、交叉配血和不规则抗体筛查检测的性能。方法 留取室间质评样本和临床样本,从准确度、稳定性、抗体检出限及干扰试验4个方面进行综合评价。结果 生科SK-800全自动血型分析仪在ABO/Rh(D)血型鉴定、交叉配血和不规则抗体筛查等项目的一致率及重复率均≥80%;抗体效价检测的灵敏度优于手工试管法;轻度溶血、脂血及黄疸样本对血型鉴定结果无干扰。结论 生科SK-800全自动血型分析仪检测性能良好,具备无携带污染和检测速度快等优势,可有效提高工作效率,具有较高的临床应用价值。

Objective The performances of SHENGKE SK-800 automated immunohematology analyzer for ABO/Rh(D) blood typing,crossmatching and irregular antibody screening test were evaluated.Methods The external quality assessment samples and clinical samples were collected and comprehensively evaluated from four aspects,including accuracy,stability,antibody detection limit and interference experiment.Results Both the coincidence rate and repetition rate of SHENGKE SK-800 automated immunohematology analyzer were ≥ 80% for ABO/Rh(D) typing,crossmatching and irregular antibody screening test.The sensitivity of the isoagglutinin titer test was better than the manual tube method.Mild hemolysis,lipemia and jaundice specimens did not interfere with the blood typing results.Conclusion SHENGKE SK-800 automated immunohematology analyzer demonstrate good detection performance and have the advantages of no carryover and more fast detection speed,which can effectively improve work efficiency and show good clinical application value.
