前列腺增生症患者术后主观幸福感的相关影响因素及护理措施

Related Influencing Factors and Nursing Measures of Postoperative Subjective Well-Being of Patients with Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia

目的 分析前列腺增生症(PH)患者术后主观幸福感的相关影响因素及护理措施。方法 回顾性分析2020年1月至2022年7月于医院行手术治疗的84例PH患者的临床资料,术后评估患者的主观幸福感,分析影响PH患者术后主观幸福感的因素。结果 84例PH患者术后的纽芬兰纪念大学幸福度量表(MUNHS)评分为(25.36±1.49)分;单因素分析结果显示,年龄、文化程度、是否焦虑、人均月收入、夫妻关系与PH患者术后主观幸福感评分有关,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);多因素Logistic回归分析结果显示,年龄≥60岁、文化程度小学及以下、焦虑、人均月收入<3 000元、夫妻关系差为影响PH患者术后主观幸福感的主要因素(P<0.05)。结论 PH患者术后的主观幸福感呈中等水平,而影响患者主观幸福感的因素包括年龄≥60岁、文化程度小学及以下、焦虑、人均月收入<3 000元、夫妻关系差。临床需对上述高危人群施以积极的护理措施,提高其主观幸福感。

Objective The related influencing factors and nursing measures of postoperative subjective well-being of patients with prostatic hyperplasia(PH)were analyzed.Methods The clinical data of 84 PH patients who underwent surgery in the hospital from January 2020 to July 2022 were retrospectively analyzed.The subjective well-being of patients was evaluated after surgery,and the factors affecting the postoperative subjective well-being of PH patients were analyzed.Results The Memorial University of Newfoundland Happiness Scale(MUNHS)score of 84 PH patients was 25.36±1.49.Univariate analysis showed that age,educational level,being anxious or not,percapita monthly income and marital relationship were related to the scores of postoperative subjective well-being of PH patients,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that age≥60 years old,education level of primary school or below,anxiety,per capita monthly income<3000 yuan,poor marital relationship were the main factors affecting the subjective well-being of PH patients after surgery(P<0.05).Conclusions The subjective well-being of PH patients after surgery is at a moderate level,and the factors affecting the postoperative subjective wellbeing of patients include age≥60 years old,education level of primary school or below,anxiety,per capita monthly income<3000 yuan,poor marital relationship.It is necessary to take active nursing measures to improve the subjective well-being of these high risk groups.
