耳穴压豆联合穴位贴敷对慢性呼吸衰竭机械通气并发腹胀患者的影响

Effect of Ear Acupoint Bean Pcombined with Acupoint Application on Abdominal Distension in Patients with Chronic Respiratory Failure and Mechanical Ventilation

目的 探讨慢性呼吸衰竭(CRF)机械通气并发腹胀患者应用耳穴压豆联合穴位贴敷的效果。方法 选取2019年6月至2021年8月于江西省新余市中医院行机械通气且并发腹胀CRF患者96例为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组,各48例。对照组实施穴位贴敷,观察组在对照组基础上加用耳穴压豆,均连续干预4 d。比较两组腹胀程度、腹围、腹压、胃肠症状及中医证候积分。结果 观察组腹胀程度低于对照组,首次肛门排气及肠鸣音恢复时间短于对照组,腹围、腹压、胃肠症状评分(GSRS)评分及中医证候积分低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 CRF机械通气并发腹胀患者应用耳穴压豆联合穴位贴敷,利于缓解临床症状,减轻腹胀程度,促进胃肠功能恢复。

Objective The effect of ear acupoint bean pressing combined with acupoint application on patients with chronic respiratory failure(CRF)complicated by mechanical ventilation and abdominal distension was discussed.Methods 96 patients with abdominal distension who underwent mechanical ventilation at Xinyu Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Jiangxi Province from June 2019 to August 2021 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into observation group and control group according to the method of random number table,with 48 patients in each group.The control group was treated with acupoint application,and the observation group was treated with ear acupoint bean pressing for 4 days.Compare the degree of abdominal distension,abdominal circumference,abdominal pressure,gastrointestinal symptoms and TCM syndrome score between the two groups.Results The degree of abdominal distension in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the recovery time of the first anal exhaust and bowel sounds was shorter than that in the control group,and the abdominal circumference,abdominal pressure,gastrointestinal symptom score(GSRS)score and TCM syndrome score in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion Patients with CRF mechanical ventilation complicated with abdominal distension should apply ear acupoint bean pressing combined with acupoint application to relieve clinical symptoms,reduce the degree of abdominal distension,and promote the recovery of gastrointestinal function.
