中医治疗完全性肠梗阻1例

A Case of Complete Intestinal Obstruction Treated with Traditional Chinese Medicine

肠梗阻是外科常见急腹症之一,治疗方式选择主要依据肠梗阻的病因、位置、程度而定。中医中药在其历史发展中形成了完整的治疗体系,肠梗阻的治疗存在独特的见解,但出于医疗安全等原因,长期以来中医治疗手段仅作为辅助,鲜有中医药方式为主的肠梗阻治疗报道。现报道一例高龄女性肠梗阻病例,以“腹痛腹胀停止排便2天”为主要表现,主要诊断为“(1)完全性肠梗阻;(2)高血压;(3)右骨骨折转子间骨折内固定术后”,予乳果糖、开塞露、留置胃管、灌肠治疗未见效果,中医介入治疗后大便通,症状缓解,出院门诊随访。本例治疗中将中医中药、针灸等优势凸显出来,提供新的角度,使患者受益。

Intestinal obstruction is one of the common surgical acute abdomen,the choice of treatment is mainly based on the etiology,location and degree of intestinal obstruction.Traditional Chinese medicine has formed a complete treatment system in its historical development.There are unique views on the treatment of intestinal obstruction.However,for reasons of medical safety and other reasons,for a long time,traditional Chinese medicine has only been used as an auxiliary treatment,there are few reports on the treatment of intestinal obstruction by traditional Chinese medicine.A case of intestinal obstruction in an elderly woman was reported.The main manifestation was“Abdominal pain and abdominal distension stopped defecation for 2 days”.The main diagnosis was“①complete intestinal obstruction;②hypertension;③right bone fracture after intertrochanteric fracture internal fixation”,lactulose,Kaisailu,indwelling gastric tube,enema treatment was not effective,after the intervention treatment of Chinese Medicine Stool Tongtong,symptom relief,discharged from the outpatient follow-up.This treatment will be Chinese medicine,acupuncture and other advantages highlighted to provide a new perspective,so that patients benefit.
