加减当归饮子治疗红皮病型银屑病验案一则

A Case of Erythrodermic Psoriasis Treated by Modified Dangguiyinzi

红皮病型银屑病是银屑病中少见且严重的一型,该病病因不明,治疗困难。本案患者在西医治疗未取得满意疗效后,进行中医药治疗,王克勤教授从血虚风燥入手,选用当归饮子加减,治以养血活血、疏肝益肾为主,配合发汗等治疗,标本兼治,取得了满意效果。患者自治疗之始,未使用西医药物,其治疗的成功肯定了当归饮子在治疗红皮病型银屑病的疗效,为临床医师提供了治疗思路。

Erythrodermic psoriasis is a rare and serious type of psoriasis,the cause of which is unknown and difficult to treat.In this case,after the patient failed to achieve satisfactory results with Western medical treatment,he was treated with Chinese medicine.Professor Wang Keqin started with blood deficiency and wind dryness,and used Modified Dangguiyinzi reduction,treating with nourishing blood and invigorating blood,draining the liver and benefiting the kidneys,together with sweating and other treatments,to treat both the symptoms and the root cause,achieving satisfactory results.The patient did not use western medicine since the beginning of treatment,and the success of her treatment affirmed the efficacy of Modified Dangguiyinzi in the treatment of erythrodermic psoriasis,with a view to providing clinicians with treatment ideas.
