基于数据挖掘探讨拨法研究近况及趋势分析

Research Status and Trend Analysis of Dialing Method Based on Data Mining

目的:收集近20年拨法相关的文献数据,分析拨法的研究近况及未来的研究趋向,为拨法今后的研究思路与方向提供借鉴与指导。方法:检索中国知网、万方数据库和维普数据库2000年1月1日至2022年3月1日期间公开发表的有关推拿拨法的文献,收集相关数据并建立数据库,对其进行统计分析。结果:共纳入219篇文献,拨法的操作部位以经络为主;操作方法以弹拨法、指拨法为主;临床应用与推拿优势病种相吻合,并逐渐开始了作用机制的探讨。结论:拨法的临床应用与推拿的优势病种相吻合,并出现了向多学科融合发展的趋向,且有关拨法的基础研究逐渐增多。建议在以后的研究中探索更多的临床应用,并借助现代科学技术,深挖其作用机理。

Objective:By collecting the literature data related to the allotment method in the past 20 years,analyze the current research situation and future research trend of the allotment method,and provide reference and guidance for the future research ideas and directions of the allotment method.Methods:The literature on dialing method published between January 1,2000 and March 1,2022 in CNKI,Wanfang database and VIP were searched,relevant data were collected and a database was established,and statistical analysis was performed on them.Results:A total of 219 papers were included,and the operation sites of dialing method were mainly meridians;the operation methods were mainly flicking and finger dialing;the clinical applications coincided with the predominant disease types of massage,and gradually began to explore the mechanism of action.Conclusion:The clinical application of dialing method coincides with the advantageous disease types of massage,and there is a tendency to develop towards multidisciplinary integration,and the basic research on dialing method is gradually increasing.It is suggested that more clinical applications should be explored in future studies,and the mechanism of action should be deepened with the help of modern science and technology.
