数字经济赋能中国高端服务业提质升级研究

Research on Digital Economy Enabling China's High-end Service Industry to Improve Quality and Upgrade

高端服务业是现代产业体系的核心,而数字经济已成为激活高端服务业创新价值的新动力,使高端服务业向更高级价值链条延伸。本文以数字经济为切入点研究高端服务业,选取2000—2020年中国各省市区的数据,分析数字经济影响高端服务业转型升级发展的内在机理,回归结果表明数字经济、研发创新、金融资源都是推动高端服务业高质量发展的重要因素。建议加强国家数字经济顶层设计,建立政府的“正面清单”,实现服务产业数字政策精准化;提升数字要素和高端服务业态的融合,拓展协同互联的开源创新生态;依托金融科技打造产业数字金融作为高端服务业新增长极;推进以高端服务业为引领的现代产业发展新格局。

High-end service industry is the core of modern industrial system,and the digital economy has be⁃come a new driving force to activate the innovation value of high-end service industry and extend the high-end service industry to a higher value chain.This paper takes the digital economy as the entry point to study high-end service industry,and selects data from 2000-2020 for each province and city in China to analyze the intrinsic mechanism of the digital economy affecting the transformation and upgrading development of high-end service in⁃dustry,and the regression results show that the digital economy,R&D innovation and financial resources are all important factors driving the high-quality development of high-end service industry.This paper recommends strengthening the top-level design of the national digital economy,establishing a"positive list"of the government,and realizing the precision of digital policies for service industries;enhancing the integration of digital elements and high-end service modes,and expanding the open source innovation ecology of synergy and interconnection;re⁃lying on financial technology to build industrial digital finance as a new growth pole of high-end service indus⁃tries;and promoting a new pattern of modern industrial development led by high-end service industries.
