低碳农业研究综述

Review of Low-carbon Agriculture Research

随着以气候变暖为主要特征的全球气候变化对人类的影响逐渐严峻,世界各国开始针对这一事件展开了越来越多的行动,从多方面、多角度开展低碳减碳行动以确保生态平衡,其中农业因其既是碳排放大户之一、也具有重要的碳汇效应而成为焦点之一。随着低碳农业在各地的不断推进,有关低碳农业的理论和政策研究也日益丰富,本文从低碳农业的概念、产生背景与意义、相关政策和市场举措等多方面,对低碳农业相关的大量研究进行一个整体性的阐述。结果表明,以上这些研究在总体上对低碳农业的发展起到了积极的促进作用,但目前对低碳农业的政策研究较少,对这一方面的内容还不够全面,相关的政策研究将成为未来低碳农业研究的重点。

As the impact of global climate change on human beings,which is characterized by climate warming,has become increasingly severe,countries around the world have started to take more and more actions against this event.They have carried out low-carbon or carbon-reduction actions from various aspects and fields to ensure ecological balance.Agriculture has become one of the focuses because it is not only one of the largest carbon emitters,but also has an important carbon sink effect.With the continuous promotion of low-carbon agriculture in various regions,the theoretical and policy research on low-carbon agriculture is also increasingly rich.In this paper,the concept,background and significance of low-carbon agriculture,relevant policies and market initiatives in this area,and many other aspects of low-carbon agriculture related research are described as a whole.In general,the results show that these studies have played a positive role in promoting the development of low-carbon agriculture.However,there are few policy studies on low-carbon agriculture,and the content in this regard is not comprehensive enough.Relevant policy research will become the focus of future low-carbon agriculture research.
