Relevant Problems and Effective Suggestions on the Balance of Cultivated Land Occupation and Compensation

耕地占补平衡,作为我国长期以来实施的有关耕地保护的基本制度,对于我国的建设用地以及耕地的生态保护有着很重要的意义,在其正式实施的20多年里,不断为我国土地问题提供着基本的解决原则和方案。但是随着我国工业化和城镇化脚步的加快,有关耕地占补平衡的相关问题也在逐渐出现。因此本文旨在对目前耕地占补平衡的相关概念进行辨析,同时对耕地占补平衡的相关问题进行探讨,从而为相关部门进一步优化占补平衡提出一定的有效建议。

The balance of occupation and compensation of cultivated land,as the basic system of cultivated land protection implemented in China for a long time,is of great significance to China's construction land and the ecological protection of cultivated land.In its formal implementation for more than 20 years,it has continuously provided basic solutions and principles for China's land problems.However,with the acceleration of China's industrialization and urbanization,problems related to the balance of cultivated land occupation and compensation are gradually emerging.Therefore,this paper aims to analyze the relevant concepts of the current cultivated land occupation and compensation balance,and discuss the relevant problems of the cultivated land occupation and compensation balance,so as to put forward some effective suggestions for the relevant departments to further optimize the occupation and compensation balance.
