新农科背景下地方农业高校“双创”型人才培养模式研究——以黑龙江八一农垦大学为例

Research on the Training Mode of"Mass Innovation"Talents in Local Agricultural Universities under the Background of New Agricultural Science-Taking Heilongjiang Bayi Agricultural University as an Example

新农科建设关键在人才培养,探究新农科背景下地方农业高校“双创”型人才培养模式符合国家和地区发展趋势,积极响应国家重大战略需求。在“大众创业,万众创新”的时代背景下,“双创”型人才培养教育已在地方农业高等院校全面铺开。本文立足于新农科建设背景和黑龙江八一农垦大学实际发展情况,重点探讨地方农业高校“四三二”“双创”人才培养模式。即“四元协同”的“双创”人才培养支撑,三个“双创”人才的培养平台,以及两个“双融合”的“双创”人才培养模式。以期为地方农业高校“双创”型人才培养模式提供一些参考。

The key to the construction of the new agricultural science lies in the talent training.Under the background of the new agricultural science,the"mass innovation"talent training mode of local agricultural colleges and universities is in line with the national and regional development trend and actively responds to the major strategic needs of the country.Under the background of"mass entrepreneurship and innovation",the training and education of"mass entrepreneurship and innovation"has been fully rolled out in local agricultural colleges and universities.Based on the background of new agricultural science construction and the actual development of Heilongjiang Bayi Agricultural University,this paper will focus on the discussion of"Four Three Two"talent training mode of"mass entrepreneurship and innovation"in local agricultural universities.Namely,"four yuan collaboration""mass innovation"talent training support,three"mass innovation"talent training platforms,and two"double integration""mass innovation"talent training mode.In order to provide some reference for local agricultural colleges and universities"mass innovation"type talent training mode.
