乡村振兴战略的实施为农民工返乡创业提供了政策支持。但专业技能缺失、对农村缺乏认同感的新生代农民工返乡创业也存在一定困境,建议从完善农村基础设施、加强农民工技能培训、提升农民工素养多个方面,为乡村振兴背景下的新生代农民工返乡创业保驾护航。

The implementation of rural revitalization strategy provides policy support for migrant workers to return home and start their own businesses.However,the new generation of migrant workers who lack professional skills and sense of identity in rural areas also face certain difficulties in returning to their hometowns to start businesses.It is suggested to improve rural infrastructure,strengthen skills training for migrant workers and improve their literacy,so as to escort the new generation of migrant workers to return to their hometowns to start businesses under the background of rural revitalization.
