新农村建设视域下农村土地管理研究

Research on Rural Land Management from the Perspective of New Rural Construction

土地既是一切社会活动开展的主要场所,又是农业生产不可缺少的核心资料,在新农村建设中起到重要作用。只有合理规范农村地区土地使用,处理好土地管理过程中面临的各项问题,才能推动新农村建设高质量开展,促使农村经济实现质的飞跃。鉴于此,若想保证农村土地资源管理水平实现最大化,地方政府组织应系统分析新农村建设含义、背景、要求,探寻新农村建设视域下农村土地管理价值,而后结合土地管理现状,提出可行性措施,以期保证新农村建设顺利推进。

Land is not only the main place for all social activities to carry out,but also the indispensable core information of agricultural production,which plays an important role in the construction of new countryside.Only by reasonably regulating the use of land in rural areas and dealing with various problems in the process of land management,can we promote the high-quality development of new rural construction and make a qualitative leap in rural economy.In view of this,in order to maximize the management level of rural land resources,local government organizations should systematically analyze the meaning,background and requirements of the new rural construction,explore the value of rural land management from the perspective of the new rural construction,and then put forward feasible measures based on the current situation of land management,in order to ensure the smooth progress of the new rural construction.
