农村老年人健康信息传播现状与对策分析

农村信息传播是社会化服务下沉的重要内容,推动农村老年人健康信息传播工作是实现健康老龄化、城乡信息服务均等化的基本手段。现阶段农村地区老年人健康信息获取的渠道单一,以人际传播、大众传播为主,组织传播以及迅速发展的新媒体传播发挥作用甚微;老年人受众文化程度低、社会关系网络衰减,传播过程中内容的失衡以及传播者对乡村社会环境的不了解等因素影响了健康信息传播的有效性;融合政府、社会组织及个人协同发力,分析优化农村老年人健康信息传播的相关对策。

Rural information communication is an important part of Sinking of socialization service.Promoting health information communication for the elderly in rural areas is the basic means to achieve healthy aging and equalization of information services between urban and rural areas.At present,the channels of health information acquisition for the elderly in rural areas are single,mainly interpersonal communication and mass communication,while organizational communication and rapidly developing new media communication play little role.The low education level of the elderly audience,the attenuation of social relationship network,the imbalance of the content in the communication process and the communicator's lack of understanding of the rural social environment affect the effectiveness of health information communication.Integrate the government,social organizations and individuals to coordinate efforts,analyze the relevant countermeasures to optimize the health information dissemination of the elderly in rural areas.
