中国数字经济发展水平、区域差异及分布动态演进

Development Level,Regional Differences and Distribution Dynamic Evolution of China’s Digital Economy

文章在探讨中国数字经济发展水平测度逻辑的基础上,构建了包含8个维度、60个基础指标的综合评价指标体系,利用熵权法测算了中国数字经济发展水平,并运用Dagum基尼系数及其分解方法、Kernel密度估计方法分析了中国数字经济发展水平的地区差异及非均衡性。结果表明:中国数字经济发展水平呈现上升趋势,但数字经济发展水平不高;中国数字经济发展水平存在明显的区域不平衡,数字经济发展面临“数字鸿沟”问题,中国数字经济发展水平的区域差异主要来自区域间差异,且呈逐步缩小趋势;中国省际数字经济发展水平的非均衡性呈上升趋势,但未出现极化现象;三大地区间的数字经济发展水平同样存在非均衡性,且中部地区出现极化现象。

On the basis of discussing the measurement logic of China’s digital economy development,this paper constructs a comprehensive evaluation index system including 60 specific indicators in 8 aspects,then uses entropy weight method to measure the development level of China’s digital economy,and finally employs Dagum Gini coefficient method and Kernel density estimation to analyze the regional differences and imbalance of China’s digital economy development level.The results go as below:The development level of China’s digital economy is on the rise,but the development level of digital economy is not high.There are obvious regional imbalances in the development level of China’s digital economy,and the development of digital economy is facing the problem of Digital Divide.The regional differences in the development level of China’s digital economy mainly come from interregional differences and are gradually narrowing.The unbalanced development level of China’s interprovincial digital economy is on the rise,but there is no polarization.The development of digital economy between the three major regions is also unbalanced,and there is polarization in the central region.
