摘要
文章提出一种基于传统耀州瓷牡丹纹饰的参数化图案梳理、转化、生成的设计方法。通过对传统耀瓷植物纹饰进行深入研究,发掘出隐藏的瓷纹饰构成规律,并结合参数化设计原理,利用Grasshopper编程软件的Kangraoo参数算法,进而模拟传统耀瓷刻花的方式生成新的数字图案,应用到新的文创产品之中。通过将模拟生成的二维图案投射到三维形体上,形成可视化肌理。最终利用3D金属打印的方式,完成茶滤器的设计制作。文章通过以茶滤器为载体的参数化设计及制造的数字过程,验证了利用参数化重新设计生成传统耀瓷植物纹饰的可行性,为其他历史名瓷的再设计提供了新的思路。
This paper proposes a design method of combing,transforming and generating parametric patterns based on traditional Yaozhou porcelain peony patterns.Through in-depth research on the traditional Yao porcelain plant ornamentation,the hidden pattern of porcelain ornamentation is discovered,and Combined with the parametric design principle,the Kangraoo parameter algorithm of Grasshopper programming software is used to simulate the traditional Yao porcelain engraving method to generate new digital pattern,applied to new cultural and creative products.The visual texture is formed by projecting the simulation-generated 2D pattern onto the three-dimensional form.Finally,the tea filter was designed and made by using 3D metal printing.Through the digital process of parametric design and manufacture with tea filter as the carrier,this paper verifies the feasibility of using parametric redesign and provides a new idea for the redesign of other historical famous porcelain.
