居家场景下帕金森步态障碍早期干预产品设计研究

STUDY ON THE DESIGN OF INTERVENTION PRODUCTS FOR PARKINSON'S GAIT DISORDER IN HOME SETTING

以帕金森患者步态障碍问题为切入点,对居家场景下的用户需求进行挖掘、设计一款步态障碍者的早期干预产品,对医疗产品的居家化设计提了供参考。通过对居家和专业场景的环境差异及用户分析研究的基础上,总结了两种场景下帕金森患者的需求特征,并结合两者的差异点,从而确定了居家场景下帕金森步态障碍患者对早期干预产品的需求。构建了步态障碍干预系统,设计了软硬结合的帕金森早期干预产品,实现居家场景下进行步态障碍筛查、日常诊疗及后续追踪、并提供个性化康复方案。此外,设计还充分考虑了患者的心智模型、能满足患者多样化的需求。应以场景场景为基础、挖掘居家场景下用户的直接和潜在需求,定定义产品对应要求、设计帕金森步态障碍的早期干预产品,使得早期干预产品满足居家场景的需要。

Taking the gait disorder of Parkinson's disease patients as the entry point,the user needs in the home scenario were excavated and an early intervention product for gait disorder was designed,providing reference for the home-based design of medical products.Based on the environmental differences and user analysis of the home and professional scenes,the needs of Parkinson's patients in the two scenes were summarized,and the differences between the two scenes were combined to determine the needs of early intervention products for Parkinson's gait disorder patients in the home scene.An intervention system for gait disorders was constructed,and an early intervention product for Parkinson's disease with combination of software and hardware was designed,which realized gait disorders screening,daily diagnosis and treatment and follow-up at home,and provided personalized rehabilitation programs.In addition,the design also fully considers the mental model of patients,to meet the diverse needs of patients.Based on the scene scene,the direct and potential needs of users in the home scene should be explored,corresponding requirements of products should be defined,and early intervention products for Parkinson's gait disorder should be designed,so that early intervention products can meet the needs of home scene.
