摘要
文章以行为改变理论为基础,进行家庭在线健身产品的体验设计研究。针对用户行为特征分析,结合行为改变相关理论,提出影响用户在线健身行为的开始和维持的三个影响因素,用户态度、环境和情感,总结出在线健身产品的体验设计策略。期望通过产品体验设计对用户参与在线健身的行为进行干预,以达到促进用户健身行为的开始并坚持至习惯养成的目的。
Based on the theory of behavior change,this paper explores the experience design strategy of family online fitness products.Based on the analysis of user behavior characteristics and the theory of behavior change,this paper proposes three influencing factors that affect the beginning and maintenance of users'online fitness behavior,including user attitude,environment and emotion,and summarizes the experience design strategy of online fitness products.It is expected to intervene users'online fitness behaviors through product experience design,so as to promote the beginning of users'fitness behaviors and adhere to the purpose of habit formation.
