摘要
基于中国2004-2015年省级面板数据,构建生产函数模型,利用豪斯曼-泰勒估计方法,通过分人才类别、分国别(地区)研究,验证了国际人才流入对于技术创新的影响,以及区域文化的调节作用。结果发现:国际人才流入对技术创新具有稳定的正向影响;不确定性规避、未来导向(长期人才、文化人才、韩国、英国、荷兰)与国际人才流入的交互项对技术创新具有正向影响,权利距离、人际关怀导向、绩效导向(文化人才)、小团体集体主义(韩国)与国际人才流入的交互对技术创新具有负向影响,而且不确定性规避、权利距离的影响最为稳定,人际关怀导向次之。
Based on the provincial panel data of China from 2004 to 2015,this paper constructs a production function model and uses Hausman-Taylor’s estimation method to confirm the impact of international talent inflow on technological innovation from the perspective of regional culture through the classification of talents and countries(regional).The results showed that international talent inflow has a positive impact on technological innovation and has stability.The interaction between uncertainty avoidance,future orientation(long-term talent,cultural talent,Korea,UK,Netherland),and international talent inflow has a positive impact on technological innovation.The interaction between power distance,humane orientation,performance orientation(cultural talents),in-group collectivism and international talent inflow has a negatively impact on technological innovation.Moreover,the impact of uncertainty avoidance and power distance are the most stable,followed by humane orientation.
