Empirical Analysis on the Needs of Elderly in Home Care and Its Influencing Factors

为了了解海南省老年人居家养老服务的需求及其影响因素,随机抽取海南省816名老年人进行问卷调查。研究表明,老年人对医疗护理和精神慰藉服务有较高需求。多元有序Logit回归分析结果显示,居住地、健康状况、婚姻状况、职业、个人年收入和养老金对老年人居家养老服务需求有显著影响。随着人口老龄化的加速,老年人对居家养老服务也提出了更高的要求,并受多个因素影响。根据老年人不同需求提供个性化服务是首要任务。

To study the needs and influencing factors of home care services for the elderly in Hainan Province.A total of 816 elderly people in Hainan province were randomly selected for a questionnaire survey.Research shows that the elderly have a high demand for medical care services and spiritual comfort services.The results of multivariate ordinal Logit regression analysis showed that residence,health status,marriage,career,personal annual income and pension had a significant impact on the demand for home care services for the elderly.With the acceleration of population aging,there are many factors influencing the demand for home care services among the elderly.It is necessary that providing personalized services according to the different needs of the elderly.
