青年创新创业全周期服务平台建设研究——以上海市青少年活动中心“蓝梦谷”创业孵化园为例

Research on Building a Full Cycle Service Platform for Youth Innovation and Entrepreneurship--Taking the“Blue Dream Valley”Business Incubation Park of SYAC as an Example

上海大力推进全球科创中心城市和高水平人才高地建设,青年创业园区成为重要的人才及项目载体。创新创业人才服务需求的多元化和个性化趋势不断增强,当前园区的一些服务功能还有进一步提升。结合上海市青少年活动中心“蓝梦谷”青年创业孵化园作为团属组织的特色与实践,从青少年成长全周期的理论内涵出发,将其分解为引才服务平台、创新创业服务平台、双创能力培育平台3个子平台。通过聚焦青年创新创业人才面临的各类现实困难与需求,探索青年创新创业全周期服务平台的具体建设思路。

Shanghai has vigorously promoted the construction of a global science and innovation center city and a high-level talent highland,and the youth entrepreneurship park has become an important talent and project carrier.The trend of diversification and individuation of service demand for innovation and entrepreneurship talents has been strengthened,and there is still room for further improvement of some service functions of the current park.Based on the characteristics and practice of Shanghai Youth Activity Center"Blue Dream Valley"Youth Entrepreneurship Incubation Park as a league affiliated organization,and starting from the theoretical connotation of the whole growth cycle of young people,this paper divides it into three sub platforms:talent introduction service platform,innovation and entrepreneurship service platform,and mass entrepreneurship ability cultivation platform.By focusing on various practical difficulties and needs faced by young innovation and entrepreneurship talents,the specific construction ideas for building a full cycle service platform for youth innovation and entrepreneurship were explored.
